ABOUT
■ Escaping Time is a boundary-blurring ensemble that weaves together classical and electronic soundscapes, drawing inspiration from many different genres, and from countries across the Globe.
Valeria Clarke and Peter Michaels bring a wide-ranging musical background, having performed at venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, Barbican, Roundhouse, Ronnie Scott’s and Royal Festival Hall as well as appearing with the London Contemporary Orchestra and London Philharmonic Orchestra, and writing for film soundtracks. They are joined by Brazilian percussion virtuoso Marcinho Pereira.
Their original compositions feature harp, electric guitar, bass, synths, live drums, and electronics.
